I'm unaware of any national restrictions on the Echo.  It's been on my system for many years now and comes to me from Janis' system (1:261/38). I also checked my rules directory, there isn't a rule file for CANACHAT, so I'm a bit in the dark as far as that goes, and it doesn't appear in the BackBone.NA file any longer.  <????>
