Remember, the Qataris want to get rid of it because it is too expensive to fly, and the orange-one may be rich but not compared to that Qatari-league. They had 4 similar planes and alreaady gave one to Turkey. And just for the record, it is even uncertain if that plane will even fly in US-service. It is not fit to be converted into a cargo-aircraft or a passenger plane (which is why the Qataris can't fnd a buyer) plus it has not got enough power generating capacity to run the electroniscs that will be brought on board. I'm not talking the anti-terrorism stuff, just the basic things like communications and other electronics to run the country. The aircraft, before beings able to be used by the President, will need to be seriously stripped-down and then rebuilt.
