I think we are better off staying with Luckymobile. They don't  
do to the "credits = saving" scheme.  We simply get what we  
signed up for.

Actually, I had / have 3  batteries for it.  The problem was  
that the previous owner damaged the USB charge port when she  
"stored" the USB cable connected to the Blackberry, wrapped the  
rest of the cable around the phone, and then shoved the whole  
thing into her purse!

To get around that issue, it was a simple matter to get a  
couple of extra batteries and a charger.  I got a bit lucky at  
first and got a couple of genuine batts and a genuine charger  
for only $35.  I simply charge the batteries externally, and  
drop them in the phone when needed.

The owner didn't like managing the battery charging that way  
(she wasn't closing the back cover properly!) ..and gave the  
phone to me.

That was over 10 yrs ago now.  Since then, one battery started  
swelling - so I discontinued that one, and then another simply  
seemed to cause random reboots! - so, I retired that one too. I  
recently got two more genuine Blackberry batteries for $7 ea +  
free shipping. They are solid performers and report 95% full  
charge by the time I drop them into the phone.  The previous  
ones only reported around 80%.

The Q10 can operate on one battery for several days if only on  
cellular (and data is off).  When data is enabled, the  
batteries only last 6 - 8 hrs at the most.
