What investigation is he evading?

Is one (or more) of his projects being subsidized by the gov? If so, then who's fault is that?

The media says that his target is to save us $2 trillion by next year. At that rate, we can pay down the national debt by an extra $8 trillion by the end of Trump's term, assuming that we don't borrow any more in the interim.
