I tend to use mail services that are free and have very little controls over them, but I do occasionally run into some bigger providers blocking exhange from those places claiming there is too much Spam being sent from them.. but so far I've been lucky enough that they will unblock me if I answer that eMail, with a warning not to do that, not that I did it in the first place. They just block everyone using that service. I do have a gMail account, mainly because it's required to keep my Phone and Tablet updated, but I rarely go there.
