Another is labeling many things as gluten free, e.g. milk, coke, etc. where it is obvious that they have no gluten and never did. Nothing comes to mind with respect to labels of fat-free, or sugar-free -- but I expect that they have similar occurrences, albeit fewer. This is a sauce that we have used with our peach bread pudding. It should also work with peach schnapps or moonshine (we bought a jar of that while on a trip to TN). MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Peach Brandy Sauce Categories: Dessert, D/g, Cajun, Sauce Yield: 8 Servings 1/4 c Butter (1 stick, 1/4 lb) 3/4 c Powdered sugar 1 Egg yolks 1/4 c Peach Brandy Cream butter and sugar over medium heat until all butter is absorbed. Remove from heat and blend in egg yolks. Pour in brandy gradually to your own taste, stirring constantly. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve warm over warm bread pudding or other dessert.
