      Title: Guacamole Deviled Eggs

      Yield: 12 servings
 
      6 lg Hard-boiled eggs; peeled,
           - halved
      1    Avocado; pitted
      2 tb Minced red onion
      1 tb Chopped cilantro
      3 tb Light mayonnaise
      1 tb Lime juice
    1/8 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
 
  In a medium bowl, mash the egg yolks and avocado. Add
  onion, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and
  pepper; mix well.
  
  Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and place on
  platter. Sprinkle with paprika, cover, and refrigerate
  until ready to serve.
