I have encountered fat-free jelly beans!

And "No refined sugar added" foods loaded with rice malt syrup,
golden syrup, agave, maple syrup, coconut sugar and in the case of
the product that caused me to rant in the first place, date sugar.

Also foods sweetened with "purified cane juice" irritate immensely.

Dark spiced rum is a nice choice.

Canadian legions' main source of revenue is its bars. They also
raise funds from membership fees, the annual poppy sale drive prior
to Remembrance (Armistice) Day Nov. 11th. and renting out their
halls and commercial kitchens for functions including bingos
sponsored by approved non-profit organizations. Originally they used
the profits just to help vets but over the decades they shifted to
sponsoring army and air force cadet programs and donating to
community causes in general as the number of WWII and Korean War
vets has declined over time.
