      Title: Summer's Best Peach Crumble (Cracker Barrel)
 Categories: Five, Fruits, Breads
      Yield: 8 servings
 
     20 oz Frozen sliced peaches;
           - thawed, drained
      6 tb Brown sugar
      1 c  Coarse crushed cinnamon
           - graham crackers
      3 tb Butter; melted
 
  Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.
  
  Coat an 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
  
  Combine peaches and brown sugar in prepared baking dish.
  
  In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and
  butter. Sprinkle graham cracker topping over peaches and
  bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until peaches are hot and
  bubbly. Serve warm.
