MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: All-In-One Breakfast Bake
 Categories: Pork, Cheese, Eggs, Potatoes
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 tb Butter
      6 oz Pkg fully cooked sausage
           - links; in 1/2" chunks
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
      6 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
     30 oz Bag shredded hash brown
           - potatoes; thawed
      8 oz Shredded Cheddar cheese
  1 1/2 c  Small curd cottage cheese
  1 1/4 c  Shredded Ementhal cheese
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Black pepper
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Coat a 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  
  In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook
  sausage and onion 5 to 6 minutes or until onion is
  tender.
  
  In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir in
  sausage mixture. Spoon into a baking dish.
  
  Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set and
  golden.
