Subj : Nat Steakhouse Month - 5 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Mon Jun 13 2022 17:48:46 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Myron's Prime Steakhouse's Shrimp Myron Categories: Seafood, Herbs, Citrus, Wine Yield: 2 servings MMMMM-----------------------MYRON'S BUTTER---------------------------- 1 lb Salted butter 2 ts Garlic; chopped 1 1/2 tb Montreal steak seasoning 1 tb Old Bay seasoning 3 tb Fresh lemon juice MMMMM-----------------------MYRON'S SHRIMP---------------------------- 1 oz Olive oil 8 (U-12) Gulf shrimp 1/2 bn Green onions; diced pn Salt 2 oz Dry white wine 2 tb Myron's Butter MYRON'S BUTTER: Allow butter to come to room temperature. Place butter in food processor and whip until aerated. Add dry ingredients and continue to whip, then add lemon juice and whip until creamy with plenty of air. Hold at room temperature. SHRIMP MYRON: Heat saute pan on high then add olive oil. Add shrimp and gently saute on both sides until cooked (no translucence). Add green onions and salt, then deglaze the pan with wine, reducing until almost evaporated. Remove from heat and whip in Myron’s butter until soft, being careful not to break (liquify) the sauce.
