I gave my big George to my niece as it will cook family sized portions. And my "individual-sized" George was left behind at the tin-can when the black mold took over. I missed it so much I picked up a new (and non-white) unit that has an adjustment for slope of the cooking plates and is small enough to store in my limited cabinet space. It's great for a single pork chop or burger. Or a panini sandwich. Use highest setting if your grill has temperature settings. In a shallow dish, mix honey, soy sauce, mustard and ginger. Pour 1/2 the mixture into a separate bowl of cup for using later in the process. Place pork chop in dish and coat well with the honey glaze mixture. Place coated pork chop on grill and close lid. Grilling times will be approximately 8-11 minutes for a 1/2" thick pork chop. About 5 minutes through the grilling process you can flip the chop and turn them a 1/4 turn for crisscross grill marks if so desired. This also helps for even cooking. Remove from grill when meat has reached your desired doneness and brush with remaining honey glaze mixture. RECIPE FROM: https://foremangrillrecipes.com Uncle Dirty Dave's Archives MMMMM ....
