      Title: Country Sausage Soup
 Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Herbs, Poultry
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 tb Olive oil
    3/4 c  Chopped onion
      3 cl Garlic; minced
      4 c  Chicken broth
      3 lg Potatoes; peeled, diced
      1    Sprig fresh rosemary;
           - needles removed & chopped
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
     16 oz Smoked sausage; in 1/2"
           - pieces
      3 c  Chopped Salad Savoy cabbage
 
  In a soup pot over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot.
  Saute onion and garlic 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender.
  
  Add chicken broth, potatoes, rosemary, salt, and pepper;
  bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10
  minutes. Add sausage and Salad Savoy and simmer 10 more
  minutes, or until heated through.
