MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Brown Gravy Round Steak
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Herbs, Sauces
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Round steak (1/2" thick)
      3 tb Flour
      2 tb Oil
      1 md Onion; sliced
      2 c  Water
    5/8 oz Pkt brown gravy mix
      1 tb Brown sugar
      1 tb Vinegar
           Salt & pepper
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
 
  Cut steak into serving sizes, pound and coat with flour,
  brown in oil.
  
  Put meat in microwave safe dish; place onion slices on
  top.
  
  Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak, cover.
  
  Microwave on high for 10 minutes, then on low for 45
  to 55 minutes. Rearrange meat once. (Good with boiled
  potatoes, potato cakes, noodles or rice).
  
  Servings: 4 - 6
