I've got a range of them from 1 1/2 quart to 6 quart. But, none have wi-fi/phone crontrols. My favourite is still the "casserole" crockpot especially for going chuck roasts and pork steaks. https://tinyurl.com/CASSA-CROCK SD> MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 SD> Title: Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff SD> Categories: Crockpot, Beef SD> Yield: 1 Servings MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Crock Pot Roast Categories: Beef, Vegetables Yield: 6 Servings 3 lb Chuck roast; trimmed 1 pk Onion soup mix 1 md Onion; sliced 1 sm Carrot; in 3 pieces 2 Ribs celery; chopped 1 cl Garlic; minced 2 sm Red potatoes Place the meat into the crockpot, then the veggies; sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Once the meat is done, if you want to thicken the gravy, remove the meat and veggies from the pot and place them on a serving platter. Mix together 2 tablespoons flour and 2-3 tb water to make a paste; whisk the paste into the hot liquid until thickened. You may want to put the temperature on HIGH when you make the gravy. I always make a big roast and freeze the leftovers or make other dishes with it (burritos, noodle casseroles, enchiladas, etc). Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen MMMMM ....
