      Title: Slow Cooker Brownies
 Categories: Cookies, Desserts, Chocolate
      Yield: 12 servings
 
    3/4 c  A-P flour
    3/4 c  Sugar
    1/3 c  Unsweetened cocoa powder
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
    2/3 c  Milk
      5 tb Butter
      1 lg Egg; lightly beaten
  1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
      1 c  Semi-sweet chocolate chips
 
  Coat 4 quart or larger slow cooker with cooking spray.
  In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking
  powder, and salt.
  
  In a medium bowl, mix milk, butter, egg, and vanilla
  extract and stir into flour mixture until smooth. Stir
  in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly in slow cooker.
  
  Cover. Cook on low 2 hours, or until wooden pick
  inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool, uncovered,
  15 minutes. Remove insert from cooker and invert
  contents over rack, or let cool completely in cooker
  before cutting into 12 squares.
