      Title: Paul Horning Stew
 Categories: Beef, Game, Vegetables
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      2 lb Raw stew meat; venison, beef
           - or bison
      2 ts Salt
      1 ts Sugar
      2    Celery ribs; chopped
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      2 c  Chopped carrots
  1 1/2 c  Tomato sauce
      3 tb Quick cooking tapioca
      1 c  Water
 
  Mix in cooking pot, cover and bake @ 250°F/121°C for 4
  hours. If using a crock pot use half of the water.
