VICTORIAN ERA OFFICIALLY BEGINS WITH THE CORONATION OF A QUEEN: One year 
and eight days after an 18-year old Alexandrina Victoria is told that 
her uncle, King William IV has died, she is crowned Queen Victoria of 
the United Kingdom in a lavish ceremony at Westminster Abbey after a 
procession through London witnessed by a crowd of 400,000.

      Title: Victoria's Chicken Cacciatore
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      5    Boned, skinned chicken
           - breasts
     28 oz Can whole tomatoes
     12 oz Can tomato paste
      1 lg Red bell pepper; sliced
      8 oz Pkg sliced mushrooms
      1 md Sweet yellow onion; sliced
      5 cl Garlic; peeled, mashed
           - w/knife
      5    Fresh basil leaves
      1 tb Oregano
      1 ts Italian seasoning
      1 lb Your favorite pasta
 
  Put onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic in crock pot.
  
  Lay chicken breasts on top.
  
  Put whole tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices in the
  blender blend.
  
  Pour over chicken, and veggies add 1/4 -1/2 cups water.
  
  Cover and cook on low for about 5-6 hours.
  
  Cook pasta according to package.
  
  Serve over pasta with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
