      Title: Family Favorite Meatloaf
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Pork, Breads
      Yield: 5 servings
 
      2 lb Ground chuck
  1 1/2 c  Fine crushed butter-flavored
           - (Ritz) crackers
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
    3/4 c  Ketchup, divided
      2 lg Eggs
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Black pepper
      3 sl Bacon
      1 tb Prepared yellow mustard
      2 tb Brown sugar
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  
  In a large bowl, combine beef, cracker crumbs, onion,
  1/2 cup ketchup, the eggs, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  Form meat mixture into a loaf on baking sheet. Lay bacon
  over top of meatloaf.
  
  Bake 1 hour.
  
  Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mustard, brown
  sugar, and remaining 1/4 cup ketchup; mix well. Spread
  evenly over top of meatloaf. Return to oven and bake 15
  more minutes, or until no longer pink in center.
