03 July 1886 - KARL BENZ PRESENTS HIS BENZ PATENT MOTORWAGEN: A three-
wheeled vehicle, the Benz Patent Motorwagen is the first automobile 
built to be propelled by an internal combustion engine, and its 
inventor Karl Benz presents it publicly for the first time in 
Mannheim, Germany. Benz will go on to help co-found the Mercedes-Benz 
car company.

      Title: Turkey Mercedes
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Citrus, Herbs
      Yield: 1 turkey

      3    Heads garlic; cloves peeled
      1 tb Black pepper
      1 tb Ground cumin
      1 tb Dried oregano
      2 tb Salt; to taste
      2 c  Fresh lemon juice
      1 c  Dry white wine
      6 fl Oz orange juice concentrate;
           - thawed
     16 lb Turkey

  Crush the peeled garlic cloves, and place into a large
  bowl. Season with pepper, cumin, oregano, and salt. Pour
  in lemon juice, wine, and orange juice concentrate;
  whisk together until well mixed.

  Using a sharp paring knife, pierce the turkey breast,
  thighs, and legs; creating holes for the marinade to
  penetrate. Pour the marinade over turkey, and into the
  holes. Finally, stuff garlic pieces into the holes.
  Cover the turkey well, and refrigerate overnight to
  marinate.

  Set oven @ 325+|F/165+|C.

  Roast turkey until the internal temperature of the
  thickest part of the thigh measures 180+|F/80+|C, about 5
  hours. Baste the turkey every 30 to 45 minutes. Once the
  breast has browned, cover loosely with aluminum foil to
  prevent it from becoming burnt.
