MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Korean BBQ Tofu Categories: Veg-cook, Sept. Yield: 1 servings 1 1/2 lb Firm tofu marinated for at - least 2 hours in a little - water (overnight is best) 1/2 c Soy sauce 5 6 T sugar or sweetener 2 t Dry mustard 4 cl Garlic +=OR=+ 1/2 ts Garlic powder 2 t Onion powder Cut tofu in strips 1/2" thick and marinate, then fry and garnish with vegetables of your choice.
