Alien Burger Categories: Beef, Cheese, Breads, Chilies, Herbs Yield: 6 burgers MMMMM--------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------- 8 Serrano Chilies 1/4 c Cilantro (4 tb) 2 cl (10 g) garlic 1 Lime; juiced 1 c Safflower Oil 1 pn Salt MMMMM-------------------------BURGERS-------------------------------- 18 oz (500 g) steak 18 oz (500 g) chuck Salt & black pepper 6 lg Eggs; 1 for each burger 6 sl Cheddar cheese 6 Hamburger buns GETTING READY: Freeze beef for 1-2 hours then cut into strips and chunks, pulse it a few times and you have your own ground beef. The reason you freeze it a little is so the sticky proteins don't get too soft and stick all over the blade of the food processor. Set the oven @ 350ºF/175ºC. MAKING: Add salt and pepper and gently mix with your hands. Don't over work this part because you don't want your burgers to get too tough. Gingerly form into burger patties or... flying saucer patties and sear on both sides to your liking. You can now add the cheese and cover with a lid to let the cheese melt or put the patties on a baking sheet, add the cheese and put into a 350 degree oven for a few minutes or till the cheese melts. While the cheese is melting, fry your eggs and set aside until it's time to build your "Out of this World, UFO, Alien Burger 2016". Add the egg on top of the burger, then add that spicy sauce. Serve and enjoy. Servings: 6 RECIPE FROM: https://ifood.tv Uncle Dirty Dave's Archives MMMMM --- SBBSecho 3.11-Linux * Origin: SouthEast Star Mail HUB - SESTAR (1:3634/12) .
