      Title: Farm-Fresh Corn Salad
 Categories: Vegetables, Squash
      Yield: 6 servings
 
     16 oz Corn niblets; thawed,
           - drained
      1 sm Cucumber; peeled, chopped
      1 lg Tomato, chopped
    1/2    Bell pepper; chopped
    1/4 c  Chopped red onion
    1/2 c  Italian dressing
 
  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve or keep chilled until
  ready to serve
