Like I said to Mark, if you watch the video, it is very plain to tell on the fillet where the skin was renmoved. MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Glazed Raspberry Orange Turkey Breast Categories: Poultry, Mm-posted, Tried, Favorite Yield: 4 Servings 1 Boneless fresh Turkey Breast 1 c Orange juice 1 ts Ground sage 1/2 ts Dried thyme leaves 1/2 ts Ground black pepper 1/2 ts Salt (optional) 1 ts Orange peel, grated (I used Dried and it was fine) 2 c Frozen raspberries,UNTHAWED 1/3 c Granulated sugar Heat oven to 350 degress. Place turkey breast in 9x9-inch baking pan. Pour orange juice over turkey; sprinkle with sage, thyme, pepper, salt and orange peel. Roast at 350 degrees basting occasionally for one hour and 20 minutes. Combine raspberries and sugar. Place around turkey. Continue roasting for 10-15 minutes. Let turkey stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve raspberries over turkey slices.
