      Title: Tiki Torch Chicken Satays
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Citrus, Curry
      Yield: 8 servings

      1 tb Water
     16    Bamboo skewers
      1 tb Honey
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 lb Boned skinned chicken; in
           - strips
      1 cl Garlic
      1 ts Vurry powder
      1 tb Soy sauce

  In a large bowl, combine the curry, garlic, soy sauce,
  lemon juice, honey andwater.

  Add the chicken strips and marinate in the refrigerator
  for 1 hour.

  Thread 1 chicken strip on each skewer and grill on
  medium high heat 4 minutes per side until chicken is
  cooked through.
