MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Carrot 'Waldorf' Salad
 Categories: Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Citrus
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      5 lg Carrots; peeled, grated
      8 oz Can pineapple bits in heavy
           - syrup; undrained
    1/2 c  Raisins
    1/2 c  Sliced celery
    1/2 c  Chopped walnuts
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Lemon juice
 
  Toss together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover
  and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
