      Title: Preacher's Chicken Bake
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Nuts, Cheese
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      4 c  Chopped, cooked, rotisserie
           - chicken
      1 c  Thin sliced celery
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Sliced almonds
    1/4 c  Grated onion
      4 oz Shredded Cheddar cheese
      2 c  Crushed potato chips
 
  Set the oven @ 450+|F/232+|C.
  
  Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon
  chicken mixture into an ungreased 7- x 11-inch baking
  dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  
  Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Top with crushed potato
  chips, and bake 10 more minutes or until thoroughly
  heated. Serve immediately.
