      Title: Cucumber Yogurt

      Yield: 6 Cups
 
      4 c  Plain, full-fat yogurt
      1    English cucumber; grated
      1 sm Yellow onion; minced
      2 cl Garlic; mashed into a paste
           Salt & fresh ground pepper
 
  Mix yogurt, cucumber, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in
  a bowl; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before
  serving.
  
  Yield: makes 6 cups
