MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Stewed Blackberries & Blueberries
 Categories: Five, Fruits, Desserts, Citrus
      Yield: 2 servings
 
    100 g  Blackberries
    100 g  Blueberries
      1    Orange
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
      2 ts Fine brown sugar
 
  Cut and squeeze orange, put into small saucepan
  
  Wasn and add berries to orange juice.
  
  Add cinnamon and brown sugar
  
  Simmer fruits in the juice for 10 mins.
  
  Stir occasionally.
  
  Take off heat, serve at room temperature.
