If anyone ever tries to reproduce this recipe know that there are
two different plants commonly called Resurrection Lily.
Shan Nai is in the ginger family and used in Chinese cooking but the
other one is an amaryllis, a common ornamental grown for its
flowers but the bulbs are poisonous.
