      Title: Chuck Wagon Skillet
 Categories: Five, Pork, Rice, Beans, Bbq
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 tb Oil
      1 lb Smoked kielbasa; in 1/2"
           - coins
      3 c  Cooked rice
     16 oz Can pinto beans; rinsed,
           - drained
    1/2 c  Bottled hickory-smoked
           - barbecue sauce
 
  In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until
  hot. Cook kielbasa 5 to 6 minutes, or until browned;
  drain excess fat. Stir in rice, beans, and sauce.
  
  Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, or until heated
  through, stirring occasionally.
