I asked at the Lake Area Disposal headquarters yesterday when I took a couple bags of crushed soda cans in. I was told that they had tried the all-in-one and sort it method but the compartmented trucks and doing the sorting at the curbside worked best for them. They are contracted to the city and part of their deal is to employ workers from various re-hab programs. Sort of a win-win for all. Bv)= MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Caprese Chicken [Recipe Recycle] Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs, Cheese Yield: 4 Servings 4 (8 oz ea) chicken breasts; - boned, skinned 1 pt Cherry tomatoes; halved 1 md Red onion; diced 2 tb Olive oil; divided 4 sl (thick) buffalo mozzarella 1/4 c Fresh basil; chopped 2 lg Garlic cloves; chopped Salt & pepper Balsamic vinegar to taste In a large saute pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and turn to medium high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and add chicken to pan and cook about 10 minutes on each side until no longer pink and cooked through. Meanwhile, add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a medium saute pan. Cook garlic until tender. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes until they start to wrinkle and skin softens. Add chopped basil. Top cooked chicken with mozzarella cheese and tomato mixture. Allow cheese to melt and splash with balsamic vinegar.
