      Title: Easy Hamburger Soup
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Soups
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Lean ground beef
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
      1 c  Thin sliced carrots
      1 c  Sliced cabbage
    1/2 c  Thin sliced celery
      3 c  Beef broth
      1 c  Water
      2 tb Tomato paste
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Black pepper
 
  In a soup pot over medium-high heat, cook ground beef
  and onion 6 to 8 minutes or until meat is browned. Add
  carrots, cabbage, and celery and cook 5 minutes.
  
  Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat
  to low and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or until vegetables
  are tender.
