Add salsa and marmalade and stir until well mixed. Lower heat to simmer and cover. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Total time about 25 minutes. Serve over rice, pasta or home made egg noodles. 4 normal servings. 2 Uncle Dirty Dave servings. NOTES: This is a quick and tasty little pork dish I like a lot.
