      Title: Super Creamy Mushroom Soup
 Categories: Poultry, Mushrooms, Dairy, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4 tb Butter
      1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
      1 sm Onion; chopped
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Black pepper
      5 tb A-P flour
      4 c  Chicken broth
      1 c  Half & half
    1/4 ts Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy
           - Master
 
  In a soup pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add
  mushrooms, onion, salt, and pepper; saute until tender.
  
  Add flour and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  Gradually add broth and bring to a boil, then reduce
  heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring
  occasionally.
  
  Slowly stir in half & half and browning sauce and simmer
  five additional minutes, or until thickened. Serve
  immediately.
