Subj : Thanksgiving To : Jim Weller From : Dale Shipp Date : Wed Oct 12 2022 01:19:04 -=> On 10-10-22 18:37, Jim Weller <=- -=> spoke to Dave Drum about cheese powder <=- JW> For Canadian Thanksgiving yesterday we had the standard roast turkey JW> and traditional sides, with one exception: no potato dish. When I went JW> shopping Saturday the parking lot and the store were both jammed. I JW> guess I should have gone a couple of days earlier. The store was out JW> of many items including potatoes. Also they were out of Brussels JW> sprouts and parsnips so I had to make due with green beans and JW> carrots for my two sides. Things were a bit different this year as we JW> only had three of us at the house for dinner, although we did JW> deliver 3 plates to people who are housebound who would have been JW> table guests in the old days. Here is what we always have at our Thanksgiving. I really like it. It is served with the dinner, but could be a desert.
