      Title: Easy Greek Pizza
 Categories: Pizza, Breads, Cheese, Poultry, Greens
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1    (12") prebaked pizza crust
    1/2 c  Pizza sauce
      1 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning;
           - divided
      2 c  Shredded cooked chicken
  1 1/2 c  Chopped fresh spinach
      1 sm Red onion; thin sliced, in
           - rings
    1/4 c  Sliced ripe olives
    3/4 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c  Crumbled feta cheese
 
  Place crust on an ungreased baking sheet; spread with
  pizza sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper
  seasoning. Top with chicken, spinach, onion, olives,
  cheeses and remaining lemon-pepper seasoning.
  
  Bake at 450ºF/232ºC for 12-15 minutes or until edges are
  lightly browned and cheese is melted.
  
  Yield: 6 servings.
