01 Decemebr 1955 - ROSA PARKS REFUSES TO GIVE UP HER BUS SEAT TO A 
WHITE MAN: Cops arrest the African-American seamstress for violating 
Montgomery, Alabama's racial segregation laws that require Black 
patrons to sit in the back of a bus and give up their seats to whites. 
The incident leads to a bus boycott, spearheaded by a young minister, 
Martin Luther King, Jr.

      1    French baquette roll per
           - sandwich
      4 oz Pork tenderloin; cold, slice
           - thin
      1    Carrot; grated
      1    Jalapeno or Thai chile;
           - chopped
      1    Cucumber; peel, slice thin
           Cilantro (fresh); chopped
           Pork or chicken pate
      1 lg Shallot; chopped, sauteed
      1 tb Lime juice (fresh)
      1 tb Sugar
      3 tb Nuoc mam; (Fish sauce)
      2 tb Vietnamese chile-garlic
           - sauce; (Siracha) *

  I used pulled pork instead of the tenderloin with great
  results. Slice the roll open leaving the ends intact to
  create a pocket. Put in pate, pork, and shallots. Pile on
  the rest of the veggies.
  
  To make the sauce: mix the garlic sauce, lime juice, sugar,
  and nuoc mam (fish sauce) until the sugar is disolved. This
  is enough for 3-4 sandwiches.
  
  The heat is in the sauce. Add according to your fortitude,
  disposition, or world view.
  
  * Yaaaaahhhh Hooooooo Aaaaahhhh Hot Sauce will work very
  well here - UDD
