MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Cherry Amaretto Oatmeal Cookies
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 2 Dozen

      1 c  Vegan butter
      1 c  Packed vegan brown sugar
    1/2 c  Vegan sugar
      2    Bananas
  1 1/2 ts Amaretto
  1 1/2 c  All-purpose flour
    1/2 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      3 c  Rolled old fashioned oats
      1 c  Dried cherries
      1 c  Chopped almonds

  Cream together peeled mashed banana with butter, sugar, and amaretto.

  Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and gently mix.

  Fold in oats, cherries, and almonds.

  Roll dough into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.

  Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

  Let cool before serving.
