It is abit hard to clean it when you cannot turn it one -- which is
where I was with Gail's Ipad.

Gail is pretty much tied to her new Ipad. She has a laptop and a desk
computer, but rarely goes to the PC and has not turned the laptop on for
at least three years.  Still, she does not want me to clean them and
give them away.

Does Georgia have WiFi or cable at her assisted living facility?  In our
community there are WiFi adaptors in each apartment with a private
signon login.  We have TV cable, but it does not give us internet.
OTOH, the WiFi is usually pretty good -- 100Mbs download and 150Mbs
upload.

      Title: Hummus I
 Categories: Spread
      Yield: 2 Cups
 
     16 oz Can chickpeas, drained,
      2 tb Tahini
      1    Cloves garlic, crushed
           -Salt to taste
      2 tb Olive oil
    1/2 c  Roasted red pepper

MMMMM-----------------------GREEK VERSION----------------------------
           To above add
     10 ea Greek olives
    1/4 c  Feta cheese
    1/2 c  Bean juice
        ds Pepper
 
  Put all ingredients including reserved water into a blender or food
  processor and blend for 3 to five minutes on low until smooth.
