MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Chocolate Marshmallow Squares Categories: Candy, Easy, Microwave, Xmas 2004 Yield: 1 Batch 2 c Semi sweet chocolate chips (12 oz pkg) 1 2/3 c Butterscotch chips (11 oz pkg) 1/2 c Peanut butter (creamy or chunky) 9 c Miniature marshmallows (16 oz pkg) 1 c Dry roasted peanuts Line 9 x 13 baking pan with heavy duty foil Microwave chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and peanut better in LARGE uncovered microwave safe bowl on MEDIUM HIGH (70%) power for two minutes. STIR. The morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 seconds intervals until totally melted. Cool for one minute then stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Take your time and make sure everything gets coated with chocolate mixture. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm and then cut into squares. Good chocolate/marshmallow fudge - fluffy.
