      Title: Banana Peel Taco Filling
 Categories: Mexican
      Yield: 12 Tacos

     12    Banana Peels shredded
      4 tb Hemp oil
    1/2 c  Onions; diced
    1/2 c  Tomatoes; diced
      2 tb Hemp protein powder
      2 tb Cumin powder
      2 tb Chili powder
      1 tb Paprika
      1 tb Garlic powder
      1 ts Oregano
      1 ts Cajun seasoning
           Water as needed

  Clean of banana peels of pulp and stems and shred with a fork.

  Saute in oil with onions and diced tomatoes.

  Add dry seasonings and water and simmer until it resembles shredded
  taco filling.
