      Title: Buffalo Chicken Dip
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Cheese, Sauces
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1 c  Chopped, cooked, chicken
    1/2 c  Buffalo wing sauce
    1/2 c  Ranch or blue cheese salad
           - dressing
      2 c  Shredded Colby-Jack cheese

MMMMM--------------------------DIPPERS-------------------------------
           French bread baguette
           - slices
           Celery ribs
           Tortilla chips
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1-qt.
  baking dish. Layer with chicken, wing sauce and salad
  dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
  
  Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 20-25 minutes.
  Serve with baguette slices and/or celery ribs and/or
  tortilla chips.
