Sometimes the mangos need a bit of sweetening. We've made the sorbet a
number of times, not recently tho. One time we made it for our church
small group, the group had a young (about 3 years old) boy who was
highly allergic to dairy. He'd never had ice cream, which was the
dessert that day for the group. When we presented him with a dish of
mango sorbet and he tasted it, his face lit up big time. (G) He finally
had an "ice cream" that was safe for him. We gave his mom and dad the
recipe, don't know how often they've made it since but to see the look
on his face that time was priceless.
