      Title: Gorgeous George's
 Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Pork, Fruits, Breads
      Yield: 2 Sandwiches
 
      1 lg Chicken breast half or
           - thigh; skinned, boned,
           - sliced in twain
           Salt & pepper
           BBQ sauce; + extra to serve
      4 sl Thick-cut bacon; cooked
      2 sl Fresh pineapple; 1/2" thick
      2 sl Provolone cheese
      2    Seeded buns
 
  Heat your grill over medium heat.
  
  Season the chicken on both sides with salt & pepper.
  
  Grill the chicken until just about cooked through,
  periodically basting with the BBQ sauce. When pretty
  much done, add two sliced of cooked bacon onto each
  piece of chicken and lay the slices of provolone over
  top, and cook until melted. Grill the pineapple rings
  alongside on the grill.
  
  To assemble, place the cheesy chicken on the buns and
  the pineapple rings on top. Serve with more BBQ sauce,
  if desired.
