      Title: Carl Bushnell's Cowboy Beans

      Yield: 1 servings

      2 c  Dry red beans
      1    Onion
      1 tb Garlic
      1    Hot chili pepper
      1 lg Slice of ham or fatty pork
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Pepper

  Soak beans overnight in crockpot. Chop onion, garlic, and dice ham or
  pork and put into pot with whole chili pepper. Top crockpot off with
  water. Add salt and pepper. Slow cook 6-8 hours.
