MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Minute Steak Sandwiches
 Categories: Beef, Breads, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 tb Olive oil
      1 md Brown onion; sliced thin
      4    (250g/8oz) beef minute
           - steaks
     25 g  (1 oz) baby rocket (arugula)
           - leaves
      8 sl Sourdough bread; toasted
     12    Cornichons (baby gherkins);
           - sliced lengthways
 
  Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat, cook
  onion, stirring, 8 minutes or until golden.
  
  Push onion to one side of pan, add steaks, cook steaks
  until done to your liking.
  
  Place rocket on four slices of toasted bread, top with
  steak, onion and cornichons. Top with remaining pieces
  of toast.
