When I had my first heart attack and was in the hospital, a (rather stuffy)
cardiologist said that I was lucky to be alive.  I quipped that God knew I
had too many people to irritate...he didn't say a word but his facial
expression showed what he really thought.

I apologize for the rather late reply.  I have been unusually busy these
past few weeks.  It's better to be busy than where I was two years ago: a
prisoner in my own home. 

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Busy Day Dinner
 Categories: Main dish
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 lb Ground Beef, browned/drained
      7 oz Elbow Macaroni, cook & drain
      1 c  Celery, finely chopped
      1 c  Green Pepper, chopped
      1 c  Onion, finely chopped
      2 c  Carrots, thinly sliced
     28 oz Chopped Tomatoes & Liquid
      8 oz Tomato sauce
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1 ts Chili Powder
 
  Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium
  heat. Reduce heat and simmer gently, covered for 30 minutes. Add
  water to thin.
