Subj : 3/23 Nat Dip & Chip Day 1 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Wed Mar 22 2023 04:11:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Byron's Famous Killer Cheese Dip Categories: Dips, Cheese, Chilies Yield: 18 Ounces 11 oz Condensed cheese soup 4 oz Can green chilies; chopped 1 md Yellow onion; chopped 1 tb Red pepper; crushed 2 tb Gebhardt's chilli spice 1 tb Cumin 1 cl Garlic; crushed 1/2 tb Hot sauce 8 oz Sour cream Mix together all ingredients except the sour cream; heat to boiling at low heat. When blended, correct seasoning (usually needs more cumin and garlic.) Add sour cream and heat until it bubbles slightly. Serve with Tostitos or any natural Mexican-style corn chip. NOTES: A hot spicy party cheese dip -- Here it is, folks! By popular demand, the cheese dip known to make women faint, strong men cry, and small children run for their mommies.
