Add hotdogs, beans and bacon. Mix and set aside. Combine bacon drippings, onions and pepper in a heavy skillet and cook over medium heat five minutes or till lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour over hot dog mixture and mix well. Cover and bake for 1 hour @ 350ºF/175ºC.
